Beyond Perfection offers a full range of packages designed to meet your needs.

“Live My Life with You Package”

(maximum of 25 hours of service)

This package is designed for the couple that has planned their entire wedding, but requires professional attention to oversee the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. The services associated with our “day-of” wedding package, while not all-inclusive, are outlined as follows:

  • Comprehensive planning meeting with the couple

  • Unlimited communication to ensure all elements of planning is complete

  • One (1) lead planner and one (1) wedding associate for guests up to 100, additional fee for guests over 100

  • Wedding ceremony and reception site visit

  • Confirmation calls to all wedding professionals three days before the event

  • Provide recommendations, support and assistance for final details of wedding planning

  • Vendor timeline within three business days before the event

  • Provide bridal party timeline

  • Final planning meeting with the couple

 

Wedding Rehearsal:

  • Arrive 30 minutes early to greet the bridal party

  • Work with venue/facility manager to ensure a smooth-running rehearsal

  • Run through wedding day march and explain the positioning of the bridal party for the Ceremony

  • Be the liaison to wedding professionals and provide general troubleshooting assistance

  • Collect all wedding day items such as table numbers, menus, programs, etc. during the wedding rehearsal from the couple

 

On-Site Management of Ceremony and Reception:

  • Arrive 2 hours before the Ceremony to greet wedding professionals

  • Aid attendants (ushers and hostesses) in preparation for the wedding, if applicable

  • Distribute and pin on all flowers

  • Setup/breakdown of wedding items (e.g., guestbook, toasting flutes, cake serving set, menus, programs, etc.)

  • Assist with wedding details (e.g., save the dates, invitations, programs, details info card, programs, menu, trendy favors, attendant gifts, and other stationery, etc.)

  • Bridal party lineup for prompt start of the ceremony

  • Ensure the DJ or Master/Mistress of Ceremony, when applicable, has the most current list of bridal party announcement sheet

  • Ensure the musicians (band, DJ, etc.) have the playlist of music selections

  • Oversee toast, cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss, if applicable.

“With This Ring” Package

(maximum of 35 hours of service)

This package is designed for the couple that has planned partial wedding details but requires professional attention to finalize and ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding day.

The services associated with our partial wedding service package, while not all-inclusive, are outlined as follows and includes all benefits of the “Live My Life With You” package plus:

 

  • Budget Management

  • Vendor contract negotiations

  • Provide vendor recommendations

  • Invitation mailing/management(optional)

 

  • Provide final headcount to catering vendor along with any guests with food allergies and special requests

  • Attend tasting with the couple, if requested

  • Manage final payments to vendors, if necessary

“Ribbon In The Sky” Package

(maximum of 80 hours of service)

This package is designed to give planning and coordinating service to the couple who is extremely busy with life’s daily demands.

The services associated with our full-service wedding package, while not all-inclusive, are outlined as follows and includes all benefits of the “Live My Life With You” and “With This Ring” package plus:

 

  • Advice on etiquette, style, and themes

  • Develop, manage and monitor wedding budget

  • Research hotel accommodations and coordinate hotel room block and transportation (if required)

  • Coordinate rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch (if required)

  • Assist with and manage wedding details (e.g., save the dates, invitations, programs, details info card, programs, menu, trendy favors, attendant gifts, and other stationery, etc.)

  • Assist with venue research and selection

 

  • Schedule and participate in meetings for any 3rd party contractors such as floral designers, production companies, photographers, videographers, caterers, stationery, and any other vendor based on the client’s request

  • Place rental orders for furniture, linens, china, and any other event-related rentals

  • Recommend the best bridal gown boutique, hair and makeup artists, bridal accessories, and any other fashion-related needs as requested

  • Assist with design of full stationery and proofreading before sending to print

  • Assemble, stuff, stamp, and mail all invitations (postage priced separately)

“A Thousand Years” Package

also known as our “micro-wedding package” Let’s Go Micro!

(maximum of 12 hours of service)

This package is designed for the couple that would like an intimate affair for no more than 50 guests. We will plan your perfect wedding with your vision in mind.

The services associated with our “micro-wedding package”, while not all-inclusive, are outlined as follows:

  • Budget Management

  • Vendor contract negotiations

  • Provide vendor recommendations

  • Invitation mailing/management (optional)

  • Provide final headcount to catering vendor along with any guests with food allergies and special requests

  • Assist with wedding details (e.g., save the dates, invitations, programs, details info card, programs, menu trendy favors, attendant gifts, and other stationery, etc.)

  • Attend tasting with the couple, if requested

  • Manage final payments to vendors, if necessary

“I Will Always Love You” Package

also known as our “luxury elopement wedding package”

(maximum of 8 hours of service)

This package is designed for the couple and up to 10 closest family and friends who are looking for the intimacy of elopement.

The services associated with our “luxury elopement package”, while not all-inclusive, are outlined as follows:

 

  • One (1) Lead Planner for Wedding day coordination (up to 4 hours)

  • Research and Secure venue (venue rental not included)

  • Personal wedding flowers (bouquet and boutonniere for couple included)

  • One tier wedding cake and up to ten cupcakes (included)

  • Three bottles of Champagne (included and pre-selected by planner

  • Additional flowers for ceremony decor (available upon request at an additional fee)

 

  • Up to 30-minute wedding ceremony

  • One (1) hour champagne and cake reception

  • Ceremony audio (additional cost)

  • 1 String musician (violin or harp) for pre-ceremony and champagne/cake reception (additional fee)

  • Up to 30 minutes of wedding and family photos

  • Coordinate post-wedding dinner and/or brunch (if required)

  • Access to the wedding day emergency kit
