Meet Marshelle

Marshelle Richardson is the Founder and Director of Events. She combines talent and business savvy with an abundance of enthusiasm to guide the services of Beyond Perfection Consulting, LLC.  Her more than two decades of experience as a business professional is highlighted by a high level of success through personalized service and attention to detail. 

She fosters good rapport with her clients and considers it critical to a successful event.  She possesses a high level of enthusiasm and passion for business and people, which makes it easy to build relationships with those she serves!  That enthusiasm shows not only in her work, but also in the quality time, attention, and accountability provided to every client and vendor of Beyond Perfection Consulting, LLC.

She’s a native of Charlotte, NC but lives in the DMV area (DC, MD, and VA).  When she isn’t planning your fabulous and memorable event, she enjoys traveling, attending a good party, LOTS of dancing, champagne, LOTS of chocolate, quality time with family and friends and enjoy watching…….wait for it….….. the “BIG BANG THEORY”!
